Shireburn Software is a leading software development house based in Malta, serving both local and international clients. We are a team of 45 talented individuals and are looking for a full time Receptionist / Front Office Clerk to join our Finance & Administration team.
The role calls for an individual with a pleasant and cheerful personality, professional and organised. You will be the face of our company, whether greeting people in person or over the phone, and will play a key role in maintaining the positive impression that our company has.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for liaising with the different departments within Shireburn Software, and ensuring that clients, suppliers and prospects get in touch with the right people who can see to their requirements. You will provide administrative support across the organisation in a timely manner.
